Need windows VPS with good uploading speed. (doesn't have to be the cheapest)

Requirements are:
- Windows OS
- around 3 GB RAM
- around 3 Ghz CPU
- 10 GB HDD space (or even less than that it's enough)
- and most important to have a really good uploading speed.

I don't mind paying a few extra $/month but I really need it to be stable with good uploading speed.
I've seen Hostamus had a pretty good offer with some nice reviews on his BST thread but it seems the guy is out of stock now

Any recommendations from people who use VPSs for uploading ?

What type of hosting site are you going to have on this VPS?
 
try solidseovps , check there speed test, solidseovps . commercial / speedtest . jpg, they are on 1gbps port and they are very fast and cheap too. been with them for 3 months now, works great so far
