Please Suggest some budget price windows trans-coding server approx 20core is good but i do wth GPU Server.

onshore windows server! rightnow i am using config

E5-2683v4 2.5GHz / 3.3GHz Turbo
32 Cores / 64 threads
64GB DDR3
240GB SSD or 120gb ssd

100TB Monthly Transfer 1gbps : 79$ windows version EVA 2016
