Need Website scraper/bot for text and images

I'm looking for someone who can create a scraper/bot that can run 24/7 to get text and images and organize it in a folder than re-upload all of it in a specific order to a WordPress website, the scraper/bot need be able to check for new content and update the website, I can explain with more details if you are interested.

in short, I want to get content from a said website to my site automatically as much as possible as there is +20k page and +500k images. trying to do that manual is just not the smartest idea.
