Need Website Idea

I'm creating a forums website and need some ideas from you guys! I really love gaming and hacking but know that is to tough and the competition is very high for those websites! But I do like sports games a lot! But any suggestions would be awesome!!!

If you are creating a forum without an idea you are going to struggle!
 
Maybe if you get more niche specific then competition wont be so bad. Like you can make a forum around a new popular game like a new call of duty or a new popular sports game or whatever you like.

I can't but agree. You should find a narrow market niche. So, and so only you have an opportunity to create really unique content and stand out from the crowd. For example footbag, parkour, petanque, lightsaber fencing, squash, geocaching, etc.
 
When Steve Jobs did the first iPhone the competition was very high, but it seems that the competition doesn't matter if you enjoy what you are doing.

If you feel the need to do it, probably there is nothing out there that satisfy your needs, and probably lot people like you are waiting for it.

I think you should start forum on sharing your traveling experiences and promote hidden professions of people
