I am in need of a website designed that will offer many features such as login, profiles, payments, and game-playing capabilities. For reference, the site/player should model this site: Utomik dot com - The website and game player will be needed to be designed just like this site has.

Hello, I can develop a site similar to the one stated. It will take around 4-5 weeks of coding to complete
 
Its a site for playing games live via streaming, its like Netflix for gaming. OP you will need some serious hardware to support such service and also besides the website, you will need to develop the api and the software that will allow users to play game using your servers.

Did you guys even checked the site out? OP said he needs game playing capabilities. That means you will also need to code the API and desktop software besides the website or work with a Team of software developers. Local servers needs to be specially optimized with some revolutionary compression algorithm to minimize bandwidth needed. The site meantioned running on a custom platform as well.

You guys are pathetic .. you see a thread and post some generic thing .. whats the point? You will waste OPs time along with yours. How many of you actually checked the site out and how many of you can actually do something like that? I'll need atleast a 10k budget to produce a demo .. and a lot more to be live ....
