Need website creation with information submission form

Need landing page like this website. But somekind of database to collect peoples information with different tags like the landing page does. So that the information populates into my system. I can install different CRM/ERP opensource, but need recommendations for the connections. Would also like it to use Linkedin profile submission so can use peoples profiles "job positions" etc. To help separate them into email list.

Let me know what can be done and recommendations and cost. Should be a easy project.
