I own a printer leasing company and I am Hiring a freelancer who can program a dashboard on my website where:
1) Customers will input how many copies they made during the month (black and white copies and color copies) the first 100 copies of each will be free.
2) System will submit an invoice with the total amount to the customer, or their account manager (they will pay via check later)
3) Allow me to see, from the subscription, who has already submitted info, paid, and who's late
4) Email be sent to customer to remind them to input the copy amount on a specific day of the month
