Need Website coder - Online generators

Hello there!
I have some ideas about landing pages, i have seen some on the internet but I want mine to be original, therefore I need somebody to code them for me.Only thing is need is to merge 2 landing pages together. Not to invent a wheel..
I need some elements from ONE LANDING PAGE to be transfered to OTHER landing page and combine it and make new, original landing page. Its HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT/PHP i guess?
