[NEED] webdesigner to create a professional-looking website

So... I'm looking for a webdesigner who can build a website for me. I want a professional looking design like this:

I dont have a server/host yet. So I'm looking for a webdesigner who can hook me up with a good host + build the website. I dont know if you can use templates or code it your own. That doesn't matter for me, it just has to look great (just like the example website).
