I need a reliable web host that costs no more than $2 per month and allows unlimited number of domains.
should have very good uptime

Edit: 10 domains instead of unlimited is ok
I dont care about support. If there is no customer support, that's ok. The most important thing: should have very good uptime
$2 a month is non-negotiable. If it costs more than that, I dont want it.

Currently hosted at Star Web Hosting(.co.uk) great customer service and very good prices, just found their latest discount code: SHAREDWHT60. For just over your budget they've ssd cloud hosting on raid-10 servers. Worth a look IMHO.

It seems to me 4goodhosting.com is the best hosting provider in the IT industry.
They have solid servers and high uptime and their network is fully-redundant. Servers are rock-solid.
 
You have to think about this right now.

You will always get what you pay for. You can have good hosting, good uptime, fast load times, support.

At your price you can cut the middle two out. At only two / month your never get good uptime or fast load time. Any host charging that amount will have or soon have over loader servers and at some point there bandwidth will get ether limited are already limited so you will never get fast load times and if you do don't count it for long. Support will be done by one person because at 2 / account your never get a company with more than one person working there unless you have a ton of accounts.

Yes your find hosting, will it be 100% or 99% uptime no. Will it be fast load times, no.

I bet there servers isn't secure enough so I bet anyone with any brain and get to your data. Most and almost all the providers listed there are one man shows who rented a cheap VPS that come with cpanel reseller and doesn't care about there clients.

Find a DC that sales full dedicated servers that offer VPS, like OVH who has a ton of free servers and providing cheaper VPS works.

So up your budget to something higher and real hosting you can relay on.
