Need Web Guru

I've had a domain for about 6 months now, and I've come up with a pretty decent idea (I think). The problem is I work full time, and don't know much about web design. Sure I can make a pretty decent WP site, but who can't? It's a social media type site in the comedy genre and shouldn't be to hard to design. I'd like to collaborate with someone on this idea, and split the ownership. PM me for more details I guess...
