Need web designer

I am looking into getting some local businesses to sign up for websites.

I could probably put them together but could use someone to put them together fast with experience. My focus would be to just be on the marketing side and need someone to pump out the sites that has experience in Wordpress blogs creating static sites with essential plugins for SEO and to pick good looking not premium themes and perhaps even host them if you do that.

I need pricing from you too . I plan on doing 8-10 per week if not more.

Seems I am allowed to post a new thread but not reply to a PM without 15 posts as a NeWbIe so I will just answer you or anyone here publicly.

Not sure about budget yet looking for ideas of what to charge so that anyone looking to JV with me will be happy while I myself would also be happy.

Hosting could possible be a problem? The reason I say that is because I did not want it to be a selling hosting thing just an offer to get people online and noticed. For you or those who have knowledge on the best approach to this please advise a NeWbIe like me

I'm on the east coast in the US. I specialize in small local business site design. I'd be up for a JV if your looking for one. You have to get the customer to pay for their hosting. Doesn't really matter what kind of hosting, even a small shared hosting plan would do. You dont want to bite the hosting plan costs for all your customers each month.

What you just posted here is important to the whole plan.
Would you please explain what a small "shared hosting" plan would be
and if I can put a few businesses online with your designs would you be able to sell them the small shared hosting?

I know its a newbie question, but the answer will help me GROW UP into a cool black hatter dude guy or something.

I do not want to carry them and would understand about you not wanting to carry loads of sites/blogs on your hosting plan.

Would your offer be best if we just sold hosting separately?
Maybe like 1 year in advance?
