Need Web Designer

Hey everyone, I would prefer to give the money to someone from BHW so I thought I'd post a topic here before I went anywhere else.
I'm looking for a designer to create a great looking, eye catching website that my competitors should drool over.

The website is to do with watching TV shows online.
I will require the original PSD and the final product must be in valid XHTML/CSS and tableless.
I am happy to pay 50% upfront providing you are a reputable member here.

Please have previous work examples ready for me to see.
