Need web designer/web developer that can handle anything.

Im looking for a person or team that I can give web development tasks to. A lot of it will be editing wordpress sites, but you have to be able to handle it all. For example, if I want a certain functionality created and added to a website, I don't want to hear "I don't know how to do it". I guess that means you need to have programing knowledge as well.

I'm not looking for a $1 per hour VA that claims to be a web master because he/she knows how to 1 click install wordpress, I'm looking for someone who can make a website look and do what I want and I'm willing to pay for quality work.

Will have a lot more projects starting up soon, so this can definitely be a long term thing. I also prefer people in the US because I'll mostly be doing business during US office hours.

We are a company caters to client from USA mostly as per US time with extensive expertise in Wordpress when i say expertise we can tweak any kind of plugin customization right from implementing PSD to WP keeping in mind all sites will be responsive to meet all devices. with functionality as per client's specification .
