Need VPS with BH tools Pre-installed

I have mob boss on bhs and nhseo is pre-installed

The package options are a bit random tbh

using Bhsvps for a month now and lately their server down for an awfully long time ( the last time nearly 12 hours offline) ... which is in my personal opinion.. not good. When the server is up, the CS is nice and great, when offline.. ignored..and I signed quarterly <rant> grrrr..aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh </rant>

I find the BHT one pretty good, cheaper too.

can anyone suggest a good vps with seo tools for country like Phlippines?
