Im looking for a vps I can use to send mass email. I'm not a big mailer and only require 20k daily. I still need multiple clean ips with rotation. It would be ideal for a copy of interspire set up to

I require high inbox rate, including mails to gmail, yahoo, hotmail,

Settings:SPF/DKIM/RDNS/IP ROTATION

At least 200.000 emails per day.
I have opt-in lists, are aged so we will likely have some spam complaints.

Hi hegyi , if you have got optin list then all servers are friendly .. you should get server with multi ips and have to go through ips warmup process , you can get good inbox rate with optin mailing

Spam complaints are not a matter , everyone get them . Thing is that how to handle spam complaints

you should get server with powermta , any php script (interspire /oempro / active campaing)
Authentication methods - dkim , domain key , spf , sender id , dmarc
back off mode , virtual mta technology , rdns , ip rotation
