Does anyone know any frree or paid host provider that offers VPS for Mas Mailling?

So you need open port 25 or do mass mailing? Because those are two different things
If the second option... I don't know any provider who would like to have blacklisted subnets

I wouldn't do it the way your thinking I would use a rotating residential proxy with an email application setup on a cheap vps

There some email sending services in the misc try.

Marketplace is full if you want have a look, alternative if you look for cloud vps Heficed is really good and port 25 opened by default, so you don't have to contact support
