need Vps For manga site and the crawler

hello i run manga reading website.
almost a year i use contabo lowest vps for my site. it's running fine until they suspend my site because copyright owner report my site to contabo. now i need new vps for my manga site preferable with dmca ignored rule.
trying to search google only to find shared hosting i need vps to handly my crawler so i can update my site automaticly

You do need an offshore based VPS or dedicated server, so you can search here or on internet for offshore VPS, you will get many options, as offshore providers do offer enhanced privacy and relaxed DMCA issues.

2 years ago, I used to run my manga site on Contabo too. They suspended my account due to DMCA report.
Then I moved to Alexhost. They have offshore hosting plan that ignored DMCA. (I'm not affiliated with them)
I'm currently using their Dedicated Server.
Another way, you can buy a cheap offshore VPS and use it as a reverse proxy to Contabo server. So the DMCA report will hit the offshore server but not your real server.
Always use Cloudflare for offshore server.
The performance is based on how big is your traffic. So choose the server's specs wisely.
