I am not sure if something like this exists.
I am trying to go to a website, and I need to 1) hide my ip 2) make the website owner think I am not hiding my ip and 3) the ip shouldn't be abused
what solutions exist for me? is there any vpn that provides residential ip?

Most VPNs use DC proxies so it's not the best to use them unless you find VPN that offers residential addresses. There are some, you can google for "residential VPN", one of free ones is tuxler VPN for example(in reality nothing is free, while you use them you probably become a proxy node yourself).

You could use residential or even better - mobile 4g/5g proxies, that should be enough to hide as well, so no need to setup VPNs, BHW marketplace is full of them but be sure to always check your proxy/vpn IP scores with services like ipqualityscore and ip2location.

the reason I am trying to avoid proxies is because of webrtc providing a different ip so that gives away the fact that I am using a proxy.

Your target website must then use this technique to identify that, you can either block webrtc by using browser extensions or use VPN then, yeah.

In other words, you need a specific type of proxy known as Elite proxy. It hides your IP and doesn't announce that you are using a proxy. Search in the marketplace - many sellers have listed their services there.

Residential proxies or mobile proxies for that, looks real as home connection but still using proxy:)
with proxies webrtc leaks true ip. if you block webrtc it's suspicious, a normal user would never block webrtc.
