I have a site offer and they send for me a code, they want me confilm that code.

I try google voice but not received.

Give me website can order virtual phone number to receive SMS.

GV text messages work fine for me on a daily basis. Have you tried sending text msg from GV to a cell phone to see if it works in that direction? If it does, what happens when you reply to that message? It ought to show up in GV.

Skype may not be cheap but it works. It's what I use.

Other ways to get a number I've heard about include:
Magic Jack
Axvoice
