Hi. I'm in need of a virtual credit card that is exactly like VISA, or Mastercard. I need them registered and ready to use. Although I will not use them to do any transactions. I need to register it on a website. Any actual transactions that I do will be done via MY Paypal, NOT the virtual card. Please quote your price when replying. Thanks.
