My response probably should have been a little softer as well.

If you want to shoot me any info via PM about this particular situation; screenshots and what not, I can at least put a little pressure on him to do the right thing.

EDIT - I cannot remove my posts, maybe an admin could do it, but I was refunded in full, AND paid for the time I spent on the task, regardless of whether it did not go as planned. Re-communicated with the OP and from my experience you should not be worried about being scammed of any kind.
