Need vine help verif, followers, loops, likes

Okay I might be ridiculous but I'm trying to get vine "famous" without breaking the bank. 400 dollars to become verified is waaaaaay out of my price range, I need real ACTIVE followers and I just need tips on getting big and all that. Please help

Hello, first of all with 400$ you wont become Vine famous - you need 40k$ or to be famous or to have talent - I don't know.
About getting verified - you won't get verified for money - it's not relaited with fake loops/followers/likes/revines or so - they do this manually
