need vimeo likes

I've been using a guy off fiverr to do vimeo likes for me, but I've maxed out his accounts for one of my client's orders. I need someone who can do about 600 vimeo likes for a video I have. I usually get 250 for 5 bucks but would do 600 for $15-20 here. Please pm me if you can do them for this amount.

Yes I know that. I'm willing to pay slightly higher here because no one on fiverr can do them anymore for the amount i need. The only guy selling them in larger amounts I maxed out and he has no accounts left.
