Need very basic CSS background/header for my site

I have an existing PHP site. I am wanting to use this same PHP setup for another domain but need the header and color scheme changed. I need someone that also knows PHP and CSS so as to make sure it all works together.For someone fluent in these, I estimate it should take less than an hour or so.

Will be a super quick job for me.
