You can have a fake verified account if you make the indie fake then have 300$ of successful transactions within 90 days and a few other bullcrap terms. But I don't have time for all that

This is not smart idea to buy this kind of account. Are you sure you want to lose your money once you gather it . Person who verify your paypal account can retake it whenever he want.
