Hello, I need a VCC that can be used to open a paypal account and also I need to add funds to the paypal account to pay for some items, any help from people who have done something similar is appreciated

Check out the BST sections here. Someone is selling a VCC to accomodate your needs mate. Although I'm not certain if it is the right thing to do.

Would the same apply for moneybookers and a VCC?I need to upload money onto moneybookers via a VCC if paypal is not an option and send money to someone. Does anyone here sell such a VCC,also would there be any issues such as with paypal for this?Thanks

Thats not true. I have been verifying my PayPal accounts using VCCs since more than one year now.

Where have you been buying your VCC from. I also need the VCC loaded with 30USD so I need to be able to upload the money via the VCC. LAstly I will not be registering using my real details so does this pose as a problem with getting limited?
