Need VCC for Yahoo Voice

I need a VCC for Yahoo Voice .If you can provide a 10 USD VCC please PM me .And yes i have already looked up other threads on this and one of the guys does'nt know if his works and I don't like his Customer service on the last VCC i purchased from him and the other member has there pm box full .Any help to get this done ASAP would be great .
