I need a CHEAP one that allows for the paypal spending cap to be raised for even just a few hours

look in the BST section , but i would recommend you to buy avs vcc instead of simple vcc as it will prevent limitation of your account when you receive or send payments

You have to buy VBA with VCC.

Yeah I do believe their are some good sellers in the BST Section.
Also I would recommend a AVS VCC as well if it is a US Account of course.
