So my fb ads account got banned ...and i m gonna run campaigns on my friend's account , I can't add my cc or my pp as both are already banned in FB,so i need a VCC with balance which can work with FB . Account Country : India [Idk if this matters , but leaving it just in case] . Need it urgently !!

I am in a similar situtation as OP except I am in the U.S.
Original account banned and now I need to use a different account that I will make via a private proxy.
I can obviously create a account with my name but when it comes to pay what is the best way?

Most of the VCC are not working. And i think you shouldn't you VCC for Fb ads
