You can create VBA for yourself if you have Bank account at any UK bank. Just log-in to your bank account, open savings account ( nearly all banks have online savings account ). You will get sort code and account number immediately. Just enter these details to PayPal and you're ready to go!
Myself I tested this with NatWest and Halifax. So LlloydsTSB should work too

I used a solution for a real bank account UK.I think about 3 bank options, with fake Id all ready at once for id verification when its required.i went for Lloyds bank and that consisted of driver's license and utility bill.i have withdrawn up to 4000 dollars in a day from atm.i was surprised.i think 4000 is the daily limit.any one needs this I can point them in the right direction
