If you're looking for legitimate US desktop traffic for tech-support leads, I'd focus on publishers with real US audiences rather than generic traffic sellers.
I'd ask publishers for:
* US desktop percentage
* Monthly unique visitors
* Traffic sources
* Audience/device breakdown
* Previous lead-gen performance
* Whether the traffic is exclusive or resold
Also make sure the landing page and ads clearly explain what service is being offered. Avoid fake virus alerts, misleading Microsoft/Apple branding, or forced call promptsthose are exactly the patterns regulators have been targeting.
For a first test, I'd run a small campaign with 2–3 relevant publishers, track qualified calls rather than just clicks, and scale the sources that actually produce genuine leads.
