Need USA Verified Paypal Account

  • Must be Card Verified,
  • Real Bank Account Verified,
  • Phone Number Verified.

Basically am indian, In my countries rules, Never send fund to anyone for used paypal balance. Must be tie up with credit card then only possible to send fund. so only i buy to USA Paypal Accounts.
