get someone to set up a mail account (if you use UPS you get an actual address). Then Apply online at bank of America. But im sure there is an easier way.

the question is now - do we have to veryfy etrade account with any ids? can we open multiple accounts from other ips/ and fake names?

I use my real one (non-american), and my wife one, and my father one....
