Need US debit card or be partner with me

I need debit card like a chase bank account. I can load money with balance transfer credit cards, withdraw high amount, etc. Who can get this card? I need high limit withdraw and load money/day.

There a plenty of places the OP can go online (with the sums being talked about) to buy a US debit card and get it forwarded to them. Do you really need a partner, or a cutout person who will take the rap for "awkward" financial activity conducted with the card?
