I had posted an article on 10th September & on 25th Sept, one news site copied my post.
I filed DMCA removal complaint at Google & it was approved.

Now, that news site has filled counter notice form, & i got mail from Google :

Hello,

We have received a counter notification in response to the DMCA notice you sent us. As described in 17 U.S.C. 512(g), by this email, we are providing you with a text copy of the counter notification and await your notice (in not more than 10 days) that you have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the counter notifier's allegedly infringing activity. In order to process your complaint, please send us a copy of the action filed or applicable court order.

If we do not receive such notice from you, we will reinstate the material in question.

I want to know, how to & where to reply this mail?

Two options:

1. Get a court order or file action against the company, send a copy to Google and they'll keep the copied content de-listed.
2. Do nothing and the pages with your copied content will be available in search again.

Anything else is just wasted time, this is a legal procedure.

Can I send DMCA.com takedown notice? & Where to send copy to Google?

just read their counter notice and then go to a local notary or court and file a basic copyright action and then give that to google

But where I need to submit my notice to Google? On which mail id?
