need urgent help with paypal

so i have a paypal account with some money in it but i traveld to another country that does not support paypal and am afraid if i login to it here it will be limited for sure what i was thinking is i will makee a new paypal account here using vpn or my real country ip ( malaysia ) then i will ask a friend back home in malaysia to send my money to my new paypal account and i will attach my real bank info malaysian and i have my atm here with me so i will just use the atm here and withdraw my money the firstpaypal account dose not havemy real info so attaching my bank info is going to be difficult what do you guys think will this work or does paypal have a way of detecing if i am loging in from a differnt country even after using a hide ipp software eg chrome extensions

Best idea login normally, I login from two different countries (one involving not paypal supported country) and so far no problem. Just make sure that you remember your account number or credit card number linked to paypal incase there is some problem, if you know that Paypal has no problem and you can use normally.
