Need urgent help with paypal

Hello. So I created this canadian based paypal with fake ID for some blackhat stuff. eventually it got limited and now I can't do a thing with it. I tried to add my credit card hoping that would solve the problem but they want me to vertify my bank account , not a credit card. Now I can't remove my credit card and I can't close the damn account aswell. The problem is that I live no where near Canada and I have no abillity to add canadian bank to my paypal account . Anyone have any suggestions ? All I want is to remove my credit card and close the god damn account . Only option I could figure out by now is finding canadian person who could lift the limitations and close the account. This account has 33 USD in it . If anyone is willing to help me ill be more than glad to pay you with those 33 $ in my paypal.

There are some threads who are selling such service - They will help you out to remove your limitation by using some virtual cards or stuff like that.

Go buy a virtual bank account + virtual credit card, prices are very low ($20-$30), with that you can verify your account, remove the limitation and get your account back
