Need urgent help on ebay refund

I got scammed by freelancer drop shipper bigsupplier2013 and his mail ID is [email protected]. I made a listing on eBay for $130 * 3. I got sold for 2 and got money to my PayPal. 1 week got over still no response from him now I need to refund the buyer. Can anyone help me what I can say to buy to pay him the refund. One more problem I got the payment auto withdrawn to my back account how I can refund him can I use PayPal to pay him as service.

Now I learned lesson I will not trust drop shipper. I should be very careful on listing on ebay also. Now I am in loss of $60 ebay fee and paypal fee

Did he send u the james bond package to sell?
U send him the 75% before buyer confirmed item receival?

Asking this cause I just started this thing with this same guy, same day, just hours after item got sold (possible)... I just sent him the buyer info. But not planning to send him 75% until buyer confirms.

Dude paypal jipped me on 2,000 bucks. I am never working with them again

Crap, looks like I got taken by this guy also. Sounded great, made $500 in sales in 1 day. As soon as I started sending shipping details, he never replied.

What kind of idiot wastes that much time on a scam and dosent make a single penny?

If you paid him by paypal ,then you can file dispute with you VISA which you use to pay this money .credit card company will go to paypal and file dispute for you too .You can file dispute for 90 days with all major credit card companys .
