Need urgent help! Facebook account suspended

Hi, my personal FB account has been suspended because of a bot IG account I have no connection with. It wants me to log in to the IG account to dispute the action, I even tried searching for it in the search bar but there is no account under 'wrze7e5sde09'. I have so much data, business, photos and connections that I can't afford to lose access to this account and so many logins from other sites are used by logging in to Facebook.

I honestly am stuck, I have never had this issue before. This might be linked to the same attack I had on my IG accounts around the end of last year. Linked is that thread. https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/r...hat-are-getting-hacked.1659022/#post-18710043

Has anyone faced this before and can guide me?

Update: my spotify has been logged into as well as I can see someone else is playing music on chrome via browser scrolling through Spanish songs. I think it's related to data breach cause I remember seeing IOS notification the other day but didn't think much of it. I think multiple parties have been able to login to various websites and accounts as I have been getting emails about it from many different countries.

Can I pay someone on here to help sort this all out? I would like to pay someone to find out who's behind all of this...

OMG I'm getting texts for verification codes to login to my crypto accounts! Someone tell me who can help

If you have already appealed without success, move on and start a new FB personal account...it sucks, but that's how it works, FB support is a mess

You can post this Facebook thread in the Facebook section or ask moderator to move this thread.
 
If your appeal was unsuccessful, create a new FB personal account. It’s frustrating, but that's how FB operates, as their support is unreliable.
 
FB has scanned very strictly so many accounts can't be appealed. I think a solution is changing a new one
 
You should file an appeal via the official Facebook support form and explain you have no connection to that IG account.

If you cannot download your ID card, you need to contact support via the email associated with your account to appeal.
