need urgent advice on webhosting

hi i am have huge problems with my free host.

my website opens when i use full address /.html but when i use simple sitename.com then i doesn't opens.

i can't afford paid hosting.i can't ask free host coz i am only using them for redirection.

can anyone recommend any solution?

site was working fine but now its down again.the reason i am asking for help is i want small domain name coz i want to put it on videos otherwise long domain names kind of suck.i tried .htaccess method but still no use.

Do anything you can to get paid hosting. It's very inexpensive and there are ways to generate enough cash online through free methods to get the hosting needed. Go in for six months hosting instead of a year because if you don't generate enough cash in those six months to at least continue your hosting then the hosting isn't doing much for you in the first place.

funny thing happened,its working now (fukin thrills of free hosting) i am going to shift 2 paid host.
