Need untraceable Ebay account

I was kicked off ebay about a six months ago, I think its because I made accounts with different email addresses when I was a little younger (selling a video game or something) and when I quit ebay I never paid the seller fees. Well years later I make another ebay account selling shoes, it was a great gig, I was making 50-100 $ per pair, and then BANG kicked off ebay, I called 5-6 times and absolutely nothing. I eventually gave up I was so frustrated, I made a website and sold it after that, but it really just isn't my thing, and eventually I gave internet profiting up completely. But here I am, trying to start another ebay account. Ebay obviously won't let me on with my ip and what not, but I would be willing to pay a fair price for someone to make me an anonymous Ebay account. I know there are how to's, and eBooks telling me how to make one myself (which I have tried) but it really just isn't my thing, I'm not talented enough to do it. I just want to pay someone to make me one, and be done with it. THANK YOU

Untraceable, wth? You need a proxy, otherwise you can be traced any time and I doubt they are tracking your ip

If you start a new account, you get lot of restriction, says, the number of items you can list, the selling amount each month, etc.

Don't trust those e book, they are not updated and eBay change their policy every month but they DO NOT Let you know except you have a big account and have your account manager.
