Need ubot script for Twitter

I need a script which can pull user ID's of those who have RT'd or Favorited a tweet from the page of the poster (i.e. when you expand a tweet on someone's profile and see a list of people who have rt/favorited). Does such a script already exist that someone can point me to? If not, I would be willing to pay to have it written. Let me know - DM me or post.
