Need Twitter Seller --- can you recommend one ?

Hello Everyone:
I have a client who wants to purchase twitter followers. The details are as follows:

He has 200 twitter accounts, and needs 50 followers per month to each account. So monthly he will be purchasing 10,000 followers (50 x 200) for 200 accounts. I understand that this is an odd request, given that twitter followers need to be spread out over so many accounts. Does anyone know of a twitter seller that can accommodate this request ? I have contacted quite a few of them through Google. Anyplace else where i might want to check ?

Other requirements:
- Twitter follower type to be English speaking or Europe or Japan.
- Twitter followers with pictures
- No follow back

Let me clarify one point: when i say followers i do not mean real followers that are real users. I am talking about twitter accounts. Some may be real , some fake. The problem i am noticing with some of the account re-sellers is that they do not like to split the users over many accounts. Perhaps a smaller business is willing to take the extra time and help with this issue.

Real followers? Thats going to cost money with ad buys and advertising.

You can't BUY real FOLLOWERS. need to do it the old fashion way and earn them. Or pay for advertising.

I agree with you guys, that organic SEO with good advertising is the best strategy. But as most of you know clients want results fast and at the best possible price.

Any small twitter re-seller that can help with this requirements ?
