need Twitter scraper

Hi, I need a PC-based scraper that will allow me to search all Twitter users according to search terms I provide, and download to excel with all username, URL, nickname and bio data, with emails in a separate column if they're included in the bio.

I'd also like to be able to do the same for all of a user's followers. For example, I want the above data on all of billjones followers, then for bobbrown, and so on.

I'd like the scraper to search ALL twitter users, and from experience I know Twitter's search function only returns a fraction of possible results.
