Occasionally Twitter "suspends" our accounts for reasons that have nothing to do with ToS, and we need to rebuild, sometimes as many as 80,000 followers. In the interests of saving time and energy, I'd like to explore the possibility of somehow maintaining a record of a Twitter accounts Followers, as well as those the account is Following, so that if/when the account is suspended, that network can be quickly recreated "automatically", vs. manually, one single follower at a time.
