Need Twitter API keys

I've been testing a few accounts on twitter and a few of them have gotten banned. Now Twitter demands that I text a short code in order to create new API keys.

I'm sure others have run into this before. Does anyone have a way to get cell phone numbers cheap that can text to a short code? Burner won't work. I've already tried.

Does anyone know how to buy Twitter API codes?

I think you can accomplish this by picking up cheap SIM cards and rotating cellphone numbers.

Do you know a good website to do that?
