Need Tumblr Template with Rating script

I need a clean minimal tumblr template, 4 columns, visitors can upload pictures and everyone can rate them with a "like" and "dislike" rating.. (green thumbs up / red thumbs down ) i tried it myself with some googled rating system but all pictures was connected with only one rating, means i rated one and all pictures gained +1

also if its possible i want on the right side of the template a box with the 3 pictures with the highest rating based on difference between positive and negativ votes

and on the left side a small box lets say 200x500 px where i can put in links and things


is anyone tumblr experienced enough to do that? and whats the price
