please read and reply properly else I need to mark reply as spam

I am noob adsense acct seller

now I create adsense acct ,2 days
need to have 10 usd,then only adsense acct asks for pin verify ,4 days
pin sent 7 days

anyway to make this process fast?

coz I seen many people just do spam replies,I dont even have right to mark them as spam?
