How can I buy this the best and cheapest way without big fees? I only need around $10-$15 for some accounts. They only take USDT but I'm not sure how I can go about buying it.

I find using Binance the easiest way of doing stuff with USDT.

As others said, Binance p2p is the best option. You buy from one of the merchant there and use 0.80cent to send it out using Trc20 wallet option.

Do it via Binance or Kucoin, they got internal transfers option, meaning zero fees
